Our chicken mince is a combination of chicken frames and chicken trim. This product contains approx 15% bone and approx 10% fat. The 1kg roll is done off site so can be of a smoother consistency.

Our 5kg and bigger bags are done in house with a 10mm plate so is chunky courser blend.

No preservative

Use within 3 days or freeze.

Bulk pricing is for a bulk bag or box, not individual 1kg rolls.
